I lost my grandad very suddenly last year due to complications from a cancerous tumour which had not yet been diagnosed and this pushed me to decide to embark on training for a marathon.  As a start I have entered the Halstead and Essex Marathon along with my husband and his family.  Collectively we are all part of the Run for Research group on Facebook.  I have more to come so please jump on board and push me towards helping to make a difference and kick cancers butt.
