As most people who new my wife. knew she was a kind fun loving lady. who tried to live life to the full.

Helen ran her last triathlon after being diagnosed with terminal breast cancer. and did it with the true grit she was so well known for.

In the name of Helen we have a 200+ strong team competeing in stratford this September raising money for various favourite charities.

this is a fantastic tribute to my darling Wife Helen.
