I'm running the Cardiff Half Marathon to raise money and awareness for Prostate Cymru! It's a fantastic charity I have raised money for before and am involved in. 

Prostate Cymru is a fantastic charity that achieves so much in raising awareness of Prostate cancer in men in Wales! The wrok they do, the support they give families and research is outstanding. 

So please spare any pennies or pounds to help me raise my target for an amazing independent charity.
