We deliver critical medical care to save lives across the Thames Valley

Story

Stupid, easily persuaded or maybe I'm just a sucker for a challenge but I've signed up to hike the 'Seven Highs and a Horseshoe' of Snowdonia.

This challenge is two days of hiking with a 23km kick start on the first day covering the peaks of The Carneddau (3 peaks over 3000 ft) and the peaks of The Glyders (3 more peaks over 3000ft). And then on the Sunday, when we just want to put our feet up, we'll be hiking up Mt Snowdon itself followed by The Snowdon Horseshoe.

As this isn't going to be a walk in the park I'm hoping to raise lots of money for the Thames Valley and Chiltern Air Ambulance who operate a lifesaving service 365 days a year but receive no government or lottery funding. They rely on donations to keep them flying so please help me help them.

Also please don't forget to declare if you are a UK tax payer or not as Gift Aid will increase your donation without costing you a penny.

And if any of you crazy cats look at this and want to join in, there's still (surprisingly!) room in our team so just leave me a message along with your donation and I'll contact you about the trip.

Thanks everyone! I'll upload some photos of our progress as soon as we start making some!
