Following a successful Physio session today I am now ready to return to the gym. Stepper and bike to start the running starts again at the end of July. Optimistic I can complete my challenge before the end of 2012. Thanks for all the kind messages of support over the past few weeks it's made a big difference, thank you (:(|)

I'm really sorry to have to say I am having to stop my run today, I have sustained an injury to my right achillIes tendon. I can't describe how amazingly supportive and generous you have all been I'm just so sorry I haven't been able to finish what I started...I fully intend to complete the remaining 4 marathons as soon as I am able, once again thank you all so very much (:(|)
