Rod Horler and Mike Watson have decided to cycle the classic journey from Land's End to John O'Groats in July 2016.  We have forgone the organised rides which tend to cover the 900 mile journey in 10  to 15 days to try to complete the challenge in a gruelling 6 days. The huge amount of effort in training and the anticipated pain on the ride itself is in order to raise money for Shooting Star Chase.  From its hospices in Hampton and Guildford this Charity provides fantastic support for children with life-limiting conditions through outstanding respite and end-of-life care as well as bereavement support for families.  We have set ourselves a very ambitious fundraising target to try to help their great work, so thank you for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.
