OUR SQUADRON:
No 600 (City of London) Squadron of the Royal Air Force Reserves (600SQN) is the oldest RAF Reserve Squadron in the UK. It was formed in 1925 and has a rich prestigious past with many battle honours which include the Battle of Britain in 1940.
2018 is the 100th anniversary of the Royal Air Force (RAF), known as RAF100, and during this special anniversary year 600SQN will continue to make history by raising money for good causes. The total amount raised from 2011 to present day can be found using the hyperlink below:

OUR EVENT:
The London Marathon, presently known through sponsorship as the Virgin Money London Marathon (VMLM), is part of the World Marathon Majors (Berlin, Boston, Chicago, London, New York City and Tokyo) and is regarded as one of the best, if not THE best marathon event in the world.
600SQN, the City of London Squadron, are immensely proud to be taking part in this prestigious event in our City, London.

OUR CHARITY:
The Virgin Money London Marathon 2018 is another event where 600SQN continues with its charity fundraising activities and on this occasion is raising money for the Royal Air Forces Association (RAFA).

OUR FUNDRAISING: Donations
If you wish to make a donation to support the 600SQN LONDON MARATHON TEAM 2018 in aid of RAFA, there are three options to choose from: -

Monday 23 April 2018 (the day after the Marathon): Waterloo Rail Station - £1,560.12
A total of £8,540.22 has been raised for RAFA by Bucket Collecting.
