Having had personal family experience of the devastaing affect sudden cardiac death can have, we wanted to try and raise some money and awareness of a charity that may be unknown to many - C.R.Y.  They work with cardiologists and family doctors to promote and protect the cardiac health of our young by establishing good practice and screening facilities devoted to significantly reduce the frequency of young sudden cardiac death throughout the UK. 

As 4 men who really don't need an excuse to wear Lycra , myself , Jim , Uncle Rich and Gary have decided to cycle Coast to Coast from Morecambe to Bridlington over 3 days in April. 170 miles , lots of steep hills , changeable weather and saddles like razors will make this an 'interesting' challenge. Please help us raise money for this cause.
