My challenge for 2006 is to attempt 3 long distance mountain routes in France in 2 months. The total distance of the 3 routes is about 560km with 32,000m of ascent.

The second two routes are both organised as races.

Route 1 - Corsican Haute Route, GR20
Corsica (1st to 8th July)

Spectacular route across the Corsican mountains. 200km, 11,500m
