After choosing Sobell House to support for 2015 I aim to do one event per month to raise as much money as possible as well as give time to help to maintain their gardens for the residents. 

As its my 30th birthday next month I've decided to do a 24 hour spinathon, only getting off the bike for trips to the boys room! Throughout the day i will take part in 5 spinning sessions and ride at a decent pace in between even eating meals on the bike!

Anyone who would have been kind enough to buy me a pint please donate a few quid to this amazing charity instead! No matter how much it all goes to a fantastic cause!
