The Air Cadet Junior Leaders Course

Not for the faint-hearted, this is the toughest but most rewarding of the Air Cadets leadership courses. The Junior Leaders Course is physically demanding and requires real commitment and determination.

The course, which runs from September to Easter, involves passing selection, nine weekend training camps and an assessment week, and culminates in a Level Three Award in Leadership and Management from the Institute of Leadership and Management.

Sergeants Chris Marsh and Kieren Eeles have passed the
selection weekend and gained places, successfully completing 6 weekends already. As part of the course they have been challenged to organise an event to raise £1000 which is donated to the John Thornton Young Achievers Foundation. 

The event will be a fundraising walk. We are inviting all Cadets from 2375 Squadron to complete the walk and raise funds through sponsorship or donation to this page.
