Story
Hi, my name is David Antrobus, and I am running in Cancer Research's 10k London Winter Run in support of the Antrobus12in12 challenges against Cancer.
This is my first ever competetive race, so I'll be setting a Personal Best time (assuming I finish)! I will be joined in the race by some family and friends who have also promised to go for personal best 10ktimes...
Our goal is to contribute to the overall target of raising $250,000 towards the creation of a new ground-breaking international medical research centre, the Francis Crick Institute. This Institute will open in late 2015, employing over 1500 of Europe's leading medical research scientists, collaborating to create solutions to cancer and other life threatening diseases. For more information on the Crick project see: http://www.cancerresearchuk.org/sites/default/files/create_the_change_web_spreads.pdf
The Antrobus12in12 Challenges are a series of personal challenges being undertaken by Paul Antrobus (my Dad!), with the support of family and friends over a 12 month period. To read more of the background to this endeavour, see:

Please join me in support of the Antrobus12in12 Challenges against Cancer , through a contribution to my fundraising page. It is fast, totally secure and the funds go directly to Cancer Research UK's Francis Crick project fund.
Thanks for your support!
David Antrobus
