One of my New Year's resolutions this Christmas 2009 was to run the three 10k charity races in 2010. Last year I successfully completed the Leeds and the York Jane Tomlinson 'Run for All' events, and this year sees the addition of the York 'Race for Life' 10k - great opportunity to make it a hat-trick and raise some more money for charity!

This year I'm going to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support. As last year, I will be running in honour of close family members who have fought brave battles and come out smiling - here's to a healthy, happy 2010.
